Do you enjoy having flexibility while you deliver top-notch results from the comfort of your remote office? We’re looking for an FP&A Manager with fintech industry experience and the ability to serve multiple clients with the following responsibilities:

• Provide FP&A finance support to clients related to forecasting, budgeting, productivity, external reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Partner directly with executives and finance teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on high value, high visibility corporate projects and initiatives that impact the client organizations.
• Create executive presentations that provide insightful analyses, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Ad hoc analyses.

In order to hit the ground running, you will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in finance or MBA with 3 years experience
• 2 years working at Private Equity /Investment Banking firms
• Fintech industry experience a plus
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with various management levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google (Sheets/Docs/Slides) skills
• High-level proficiency with SQL based query languages and relational data concepts
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
