At Fine Arts Skin & Laser, we wish to provide high quality, compassionate medical and aesthetic care in a peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable environment. We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant who will provide support to a busy double-board certified surgeon by performing the following:
Clinical duties include, but are not limited to patient intake, vital signs, EMR documentation, instrument sterilization, patient education, triage, blood draws, order entry, assisting with procedures (maintaining a sterile field).
Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to supply ordering, inventory maintenance, daily/weekly checklists, and other general office duties. Candidate must also be able to perform the following administrative tasks on an as needed basis: answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient check in/check out, and retail sales.
Days/Hours Needed: Tuesday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. 32 hours per week.

- Must have a keen interest in beauty and/or medical esthetics
- Must have experience with Microsoft office and electronic medical record software
- Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding protected health information (PHI) and adheres to the practice’s relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and other regulatory standards
Education, Training & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program (RMA or CMA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting preferred
