POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Engineering Analyst Piping Flexibility will support the piping design team, within the engineering team, and support piping design tasks. This to include drawing development, 3D model development, drawing reviews, inspections, coordination, tracking status and tracking documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The Senior Engineering Analyst Piping Flexibility will manage the following:

• Creation, development and delivery of drawings to meet contract requirements
• Review and approval of drawings from suppliers
• Involved with management of supplier relationships and monitoring
• Change form drawings and associated documentation
• Work packages
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for piping design, with particular experience exhaust piping design

SKILLS

• Must have technological skills proven by verifiable and specific work experience, technical publication, or patent issue.
• Must have a working knowledge of standard shipbuilding rules and regulations, as well as the associated regulatory agencies and the review & approval process.
• Must have current computer skills relevant to the field of competence.
• Must have ability to work within schedule restraints.
• Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
