We are looking for a quality-driven, multi-account juggling Account Manager to join our team at Fig Industries. The responsibilities include building and nurturing healthy client relationships, developing and executing new marketing opportunities, briefing creative teams, allocating and managing budgets, and identifying new areas of growth.

Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of client relationship management, at least 5 years of work experience with some experience in a management role, and a keen eye for detail.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead clients' campaign advertising strategies.
• Being an informed and enthusiastic liaison between clients and the creative team.
• Work directly with the Creative Director to facilitate creative solutions.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Keep projects on time and within budget.
• Work to develop and execute unique marketing solutions for each client.
• Monitor the success of campaigns where possible.
• Manage external stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for client growth.

Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proven management experience.
• Knowledge of market research techniques.
• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with several clients simultaneously.
• The ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated both verbally and in writing.
