GENERAL FUNCTION: This learning opportunity will be focused on entry level Human Resources responsibilities supporting a Human Capital consulting division at the Bank. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to multiple areas of the Bank throughout various lines of business. This position provides HR Specialist support to the Retail, Brokerage, Consumer Projects & Delivery, as well as Business Banking divisions of the Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
