Field of Dreams Preschool is Hiring an Administrative Office Assistant Near Slate Hill, NY

Description

 Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detailed oriented and be able to multitask. Some responsibilities include but not limited to data entry, document scanning, creating excel spreadsheets, organizing file systems, bookkeeping, assistance with payroll processing, & other administrative office assignments as needed.

The position can be a flexible position with work from home/remote capability depending on the candidate's skillset and ability and self-discipline. 

Requirements

  • At least one year of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Understanding of tuition reimbursement and terminology and a complete understanding of general office duties.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral (including telephone) and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Windows-based office technologies and automated billing systems.
  • Ability to use all necessary office equipment, facsimile machines, calculator, postage machine, copiers, and scanners.
  • Knowledge of state, federal and regional collection and reimbursement laws where applicable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with basic math and accounting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.

Candidate will be required to pass a skill test in order to qualify for consideration.
