A high net growth company is currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to work full-time. The ideal candidate will work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced environment.

You must have excellent verbal and written skills. You must also have problem-solving and analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with customer deadlines and demands.

Essential Functions:

• High volume of Inbound / Outbound calls
• Proper handling of incoming orders via fax, email and phone
• Distribution of orders according to shipment date
• Resolving customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner
• Invoicing by route according to dispatch schedules

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Able to have availability between 4PM to 12AM
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)(Preferred)
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in the produce industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
