Field Engineer is Hiring a Desktop Support Technician Near Costa Mesa, CA
Job Description:
- Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with related hardware components
- Skilled at defusing high-stress situations and facilitating resolution to technical problems
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, and developmental skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers
- Provides maintenance and support on legacy products
- Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, and peripherals
- Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required
- Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
- Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
