FHN is Hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice Near Freeport (FHN Hospice), IL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates clinical competency in providing age specific care to patients in designated areas of practice.
- Provide activities of daily living- feeding, hygiene, bed making, and ambulation.
- Specimen collection, perform diagnostic measures of BGM and 12-lead EKG.
- Therapeutic measures- vital signs, simple O2, cold/heat therapies, etc.
- Responds to customer requests/concerns.
- Displays competency for the Certified Nurse Assistant
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree(GED); 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CNA, BLS and CPR required.
