Florida Home-Improvement Associates (FHIA) is hiring a Service Technician for our Window and Door Installations team in Ft Myers, FL, offering $18.00/hr plus mileage. This is a hands-on role assisting both the warehouse and service department in receiving deliveries, staging jobs, and running service calls on non-delivery days. As a Service Technician, you will provide best in class customer service and troubleshooting when addressing installation issues.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Go out on service calls to our customers' homes and provide high level of customer service to remedy any installation issues
• Assist warehouse manager with keeping the warehouse organized
• Assist the warehouse manager with receiving deliveries and staging jobs

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Installation experience in windows and doors- impact windows, french doors, entry doors, sliding doors
• Service experience in windows and doors- preferred
• Own tools and truck or van
• Excellent problem-solving skills and dedication to providing best in class customer experience
• Approachable demeanor, clean driving record
• Ability to move or lift up to 75lbs
• Availability between 7am and 3pm, M-F, based upon delivery schedule and service appointments
