ffres is Hiring an Acquisition Analyst Near San Diego, CA

Acquisition Analyst Fairfield Residential is a private equity investor in the multifamily real estate sector with $8 Billion of assets under management. Fairfield is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to assist in the underwriting and acquisition of apartment projects nationwide. The position is located in our corporate office in San Diego, CA and will report to the Director of Acquisitions Underwriting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience underwriting multifamily properties and will be able to quickly transition to working with our investment team to value potential acquisition targets. This position will provide candidates with the opportunity to learn all aspects of the acquisition process from one of the most active companies in the industry. Responsibilities will include: Working with the acquisition team members to create cash flow projections for properties identified as potential investments. Conducting market rent surveys Responding to the requests of lenders throughout the acquisition process Helping to prepare submissions to Fairfield’s Investment Committee Assisting in due diligence as needed Maintaining pipeline reports for various fund vehicles Performing various other types of analysis, research, and financial modeling Qualifications: College Degree Strong quantitative skills Excellent communication ability (both oral and written) Understanding of fundamental real estate valuation and investment concepts – IRR, cap rates, etc. Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Some travel required At Fairfield, we are proud to be a leader in the multifamily housing industry.
