Summary: This position will help to organize and manage the administrative and business activities related to the conduct of clinical trials with investigative sites from study start up to study closure activities across one or multiple trials within Clinical Operations. Responsibilities: Attend study team meetings/ act as back-up for generating minutes Tracking of study plan finalization dates along with summary of changes for updated versions; upload final versions to TMF Track and maintain study letter templates; maintain site feasibility tracking documents Maintain study storyboard documentation for end of study use Participate in vendor selection, review and approve invoices, assist with preparing presentations and recruitment graphs for key stakeholders Compile PowerPoint slides for Investigator Meeting presentations Follow trial related deliverable status and report to the trial manager using appropriate tools Requirements: BA or BS degree preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative and/or coordinating role Familiarity of GCP/FDA/ICH regulations preferred Some understanding of clinical research principles preferred Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Organizational and time-management skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills Team player and able to work independently Prospective new hires for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
