We are currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. This position will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (plus 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks). Responsibilities Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms, as well as assist in the selection and purchase of merchandise. Monitor customer needs and preferences to determine focus of proactive sales efforts. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services, and to provide sales support. Complete sales transactions and assist customers with product information, delivery, and other services. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field. Qualifications Prior customer service experience is required. Industry experience is a plus. Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner. Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments. Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus. General digital literacy including Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
