FedEx is Hiring a Customer Service Agent - Part Time Near Monterey, CA
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Part Time $18.71/Hour
Tuesday-Friday between 3 pm and 8 pm
Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm
