Company Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis’ Treasury Services Department supports U.S. Treasury retail financial products, such as United States Savings Bonds. We are seeking a dynamic Operations Trainer to join our Treasury Services Training and Development team. This position works directly with leaders, and front line team members, in an operations environment. Operations include both contact center and processing functions. Job Responsibilities: Consult with customers to identify and analyze training needs; determine appropriate, feasible, and effective solutions; and recommend approaches, and deliverables. Coordinate activities related to districtwide or Systemwide training efforts, which includes developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a classroom or virtual environment. Develop instructional materials and programs to meet business needs using industry development standards. Determine and coordinate schedules and resources using a Learning Management System and other scheduling tools. Develop, design and deliver training sessions for groups or individuals in a classroom or work environment using a variety of training delivery methods, including eLearning, virtual, instructor-led classes etc. Monitor participant progress and performance, which may include conducting evaluations, administering assessment tools, and soliciting feedback from participants and others to update, revise and improve course content, delivery methods and overall training program effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends, information, practices and technology. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to leverage technology and/or business solutions. Develop depth and breadth of training discipline and industry best practices. Maintain training records, manage content and update training materials using a learning management system and online assessment tools. Participate in department, Bank or FRS workgroups or teams. May coordinate the various vendors involved in delivering the training and monitor the service quality. Working under general supervision, provide training to less experienced staff. Complete special assignments, studies, proposals or other duties as needed or assigned. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related area, such as organizational development, education, or communication; or equivalent combination of education or experience. 3 years of experience in a related field required for Level II Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the skills to facilitate all training events by managing a variety of participants and environments. Experience with advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, expert in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience working with document management and collaboration platform (such as Microsoft SharePoint) and with learning management systems (e.g., Saba Cloud) preferred. Intermediate knowledge of virtual technology tool with the experience presenting in a virtual working environment and hosting/leading virtual meetings via WebEx (or similar). Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 3.x or 360, Adobe Premiere (or similar) for video editing, Adobe Audition (or similar) for audio editing, Adobe After Effects (optional).
