The Legal Division supports the functioning of the Bank by providing timely and effective legal services to Bank management and departments. Job Responsibilities: The open position does not require legal training or experience, but the business analyst will support our team of attorneys by performing a variety of significant duties including: Serving as a point of contact between the Legal Division and Bank departments Assisting in the administration of Bank contracts Maintaining the Legal Divisions SharePoint site Serving as the Legal Division’s information security liaison and contingency coordinator Drafting or proofreading documents as requested by Division attorneys Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, purchasing supplies, and maintaining Legal Division files. Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred. 3 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience.
