This role is responsible for providing support, resource planning, coordination, communication, training, and supervision of staff activities for information technology departments, including staff performance management. Leads the End User Services Team in efforts to deploy endpoints, manage endpoint lifecycle, asset management, and inventory management. Supports ITS management and leadership in the preparation of department project initiatives, staffing levels, and ensuring the End User Support team meets specified KPIs and user support needs. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of diverse professional work experience which may include 1 year of previous lead or supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge Area Work experience should include knowledge and exposure to specialized technical skills in an information technology discipline, including application development, data analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud technologies, infrastructure support, technical testing and quality assurance, and/or technical operations including end user support. Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and practices of a specific discipline. Ability to perform independent research. Ability to perform routine tasks.
