Our in-house Recruiter will improve and drive the recruitment process for FBC Remodel. Their main goal will be getting the right people in the right seats for the good of our company. They will embody the company’s core values, become thoroughly integrated into company culture, and serve as a culture builder with each new candidate. 

Details

As a recruiter you will

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers to determine which roles need to be opened. 
• Create and update job postings regularly. 
• Source candidates using our ATS, job posting sites, career fairs, and referrals. 
• Promote the team and culture to potential candidates and networks 
• Source passive candidates using their LinkedIn email features. 
• Review resumes and results of their behavioral assessment for each candidate to determine qualifications for open roles. 
• Conduct most first interviews for all 3 markets virtually. 
• Serve as a gatekeeper to promote high quality candidates that fit our culture.
• Follow each candidate through the process and schedule next steps with subsequent interviewers. 
• Assist in sourcing and connecting our Project Managers to contract trade partnerships (i.e. carpentry, tile, flooring etc.)
• Gather references and conduct background checks. 
• Partner with HR on current or potential bottlenecks to develop solutions. 

Requirements

• Be able to make quick decisions and balance multiple job openings and candidates all in different stages of the hiring cycle 
• Experience with behavioral assessment tools such as Predictive Index would be preferred, but not required. 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required. 

Salary Range - 50k - 75k
