Position Details: Role Purpose: Lead and manage the Payroll team within Favorite’s Managed Services division. Setting of goals and metrics for Payroll and Accounts Receivable Specialists. Leading of improvements/processes for the payroll and AR of Managed Services clients. Data Protection Data protection Law (DPA 2018 and GDPR) - To comply with relevant training and policies within Acacium group, ensuring that you process data lawfully and in accordance with Acacium Group guidance Job Responsibilities mDescription Payroll Processes Works in collaboration with the Director of MSP Technology & Services as well as the VP of FMS, and all Operations leaders to streamline and expedite all areas of the Payroll Process Partners closely with AR department and processes to ensure a successful program alignment Works in close collaboration with Operations, AV Supervisor, Logistics, Payroll and other key leaders to ensure a smooth payroll process Oversees and approves new payroll functions and programs, such as Vendor Quick-Pay, in collaboration with the VP of Operations and the Director of Technology & Processes Leads Payroll Specialists and AR team in the integration process, facilitating a smooth client implementation and integration process alongside the IT team Ability to complete all payroll processes as needed for employee time-off, etc. Leadership & Improvement Develops goals and metrics for Payroll Specialists and Accounts Receivable Specialists Reports on processes, areas for improvement, and ongoing metrics of Payroll and AR Evolve and improve implementation processes from initial client integration to ongoing maintenance and program deliverables alongside the Director of Technology & Services and VP of FMS Technology & Processes and the VP of FMS Advocating for internal improvement in collaboration with the Director of Technology & Processes Aligning appropriate resources to support Payroll and AR Maintenance & Special Projects Additional special projects and programs as directed by the Director of Technology & Services Applicants must be able to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
