The Fathom5 Human Resources Director is the leader of Fathom5’s Human Resources Department and serves as the right-hand to the Chief Executive Officer in two main areas of focus:
• Lead the Human Resources team and develop and effective HR strategy for the Company
• Serve as the Company’s Facility Security Officer (FSO)
In addition to specific duties assigned the Human Resources Director and Facility Security Officer is a key leader on the Fathom5 leadership team and will be consulted on most strategic decisions facing the Company. Specific responsibilities in each area focus are defined below:
Ultimately, a top-tier Human Resources Director oversees the successful operations of human resources programs and initiatives, ensures compliance with governmental regulations regarding security and Human Resources, and that cleared staff have an efficient process to collaborate on classified projects.
