Title: Installation & Production Specialist

Reports to : Owner

Primary Purpose: Installation & Production Specialist is responsible for proper installation of signage projects on the customer’s site according to work order specifications within the stated timeline. This person will also be responsible for specified sign order deliveries and will assist with on-site signage inspection and sign measuring tasks. Additionally, this employee will also mount and/or laminate prints, proofread signs, and conduct quality assurance to ensure the efficient production of quality, accurate signs.

The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to make every finished project look clean, correct, and professional. The installer/production specialist will be responsible for maintaining a neat and organized work area while serving the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Primary duties/responsibilities:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

The desired candidate is able to operate sign-making equipment: Vinyl Cutters, Large Format Latex Printers, and Laminators; however, we will train individuals that are unfamiliar with each piece of equipment.

• Duties include weeding/taping/masking/laminating and mounting prints to different substrates
• Must be comfortable working with simple hand tools
• Dig using tools to install signs
• Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
• Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production
• Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
• Works on different projects simultaneously
• Math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
• Ability to read a ruler and measure without issue
• Experience using Panel & Table Saw
• Experience using a scissor lift is a plus

INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE:

Install vinyl graphics on windows, vehicles, wall, and other substrates

• Vehicle Wraps & Decals
• 1-2 years experience installing all types signs indoor and outdoor is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work with templates, drilling and must be comfortable to work safely on ladders above 8’
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
