Partnerships are critical to enabling Fastpath to achieve revenue and growth goals. We work with a wide network of partners, including integrators, resellers, audit and technology partners. We're looking for a hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to build scalable and repeatable partner programs, develop and maintain marketing relationships and execute on activities across Fastpath’s partner ecosystem.

In this role, the Partner Marketing Manager will create demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline through and with our partners, and will ensure we are enabling, educating both existing and new partners. The ideal candidate must have experience of building and leading partner demand generation programs focused on both customer acquisition and retention, leveraging marketing insights.

This is a remote opportunity, candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for all interactions with partner including, but not limited to:
    • Develop and execute the partner marketing plan to drive demand to achieve revenue targets, with responsibility for budgeting, success metrics and reporting
    • Work closely with both the Strategic Alliance Directors and sales leads to understand the priorities of the partners to help drive both Fastpath and Partner led opportunities and pipeline
    • Conduct research and gather insights into partner, customer and market behavior, motivations, and attributes to determine new marketing approaches and optimal routes to market
    • Define audience segmentation and targeting across partner ecosystems to ensure most successful outcomes in lead generation campaigns
    • Design and implement partner marketing initiatives and campaigns such as webinars, podcasts, blogs, infographics, e-books, whitepapers, events, social, etc. to support and deliver strong revenue growth.
    • Own and execute the partner communication strategy to drive engagement across social, partner portal, email, events and more
    • Meet regularly and work collaboratively with partners to create co-branded joint marketing campaigns that connect new audiences to Fastpath’s profile within the partner ecosystem.
    • Provide leadership with continuous measure of ROI against partner marketing initiatives and lead to sale findings.
    • Develop supporting material to educate our audit partners and support their client’s needs and interest in engaging with the Fastpath suite of products.
    • Management and ongoing upkeep of the partner portal, along with generation and implementation of collateral to support partner initiatives and communications such as: product enhancements and releases, campaigns, social media programs, and enablement materials for partners to sell Fastpath.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and cross functional team members to support and develop partner/lead generation activity.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 4 years of experience with partner marketing or audit firm experience.
  • Shown success in executing partner campaigns and programs with measurable return on investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Professional presence with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, that is growing rapidly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to internalize technical terms and translate them into simple, impactful messages
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000
    • The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • 401(k) Match - up to 4%
  • 100% employer paid premiums for medical and dental insurance
