We are seeking experienced unarmed security guard professionals for a special event in the Dade County area on March 26th from 7 am to 7 pm. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-groomed, and have the ability to enforce event rules and regulations, as well as establish good relationships with event guests. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written communication, verbal communication, and observational skills.

Job description:

• Traffic control, patrolling, and monitoring activities on the event's premises
• Using provided communication devices, such as two-way radios, in a clear and concise manner
• Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols
• Alerting the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities
• Following all security protocols and procedures established by the company
• Keeping a professional demeanor and appearance while on the job
• Preventing illegal or inappropriate action by maintaining a high visibility presence

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid D-License
• Minimum 1-year security experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Pay up to $17.00 per hour

This is a one-time special event. The successful candidates will have an opportunity for future full-time and on-call employment with our company based on performance.
