Purpose of the Position:

 Assist Branch Manager and Project Coordinators with contract reviews, customer account maintenance, job billings, and accounts receivables. Work with branch personnel and contractors to resolve issues in these same fields. Accurately process monthly billings against contract sales, close daily sales orders to record and post sales activities, and provide billing and pricing guidance to appropriate personnel.

Major Duties:

1. Set-up and maintain job files to accurately report sales against shipments. Review customer contracts to ensure conformity with Farwest Steel bid documents.

2. Process monthly billings on specified customer(s).

3. Review A/R Aging with Branch Managers, credit account & administrative personnel to mitigate issues and ensure timely collections.

4. Compile monthly sales, estimating, and detailing reports.
