Farmstead Living is Hiring a Caregiver - Day Shift (PT or FT) Near Moorhead, MN
Caregivers at Farmstead Living are responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster independence with activities of daily living.
Job responsibilities include ensuring necessary documentation is completed and participating in receiving and providing reports upon the start and end of each shift. Additionally, you may assist with passing medications and performing delegated treatments in accordance with the resident care plans, in compliance with applicable state training and certification.
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Assisted Living / Memory Care / Long-term care experience - preferred, not required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - preferred, not required
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
- Optimistic attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Prioritizing skills
We offer a competitive wage along with benefits packages for qualifying employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- 8-hour shifts and 4-hour shifts
- Every other weekend rotation
- Every other holiday rotation
