Must be willing to work a 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Schedule
or 12:00pm - 8:00pm EST Schedule
$15 - $20 / hour pay plus weekly performance bonus opportunities
Our insurance office is looking for confident and highly motivated individuals that are interested in an entry level telemarketer position. As an entry level telemarketer you will make outbound calls to generate live transfers to the agents on our team. - Meet daily call volume, talk time, and transfer goals as established.
- Solicits new leads via our VOIP telephone system.
- Live Transfer interested leads to our agents.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all system, talkpath, and compliance requirements.
- Be outstanding at quickly building interest from a cold start.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
