Job Description


We are a solid team in a lively office looking to grow! You will be a key player at our Farmers Insurance agency which is proud to be a Farmers President's Council Agency and in the top 1% of Farmers agencies in the company! Our next top sales representative will recruit new clients and educate them about their insurance using our proven sales process.

Responsibilities


  • Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling and generating referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and prospecting records.
  • Accurately prepare quotes and make appropriate coverage recommendations to potential new clients.
  • Meet monthly sales targets using our proven sales system.
  • Accurately onboard new client households..
  • Professionally represent agency to prospects and our community.

Requirements
