Responsibilities


• Ensure the agency is operating efficiently and effectively by taking care of all administrative processes and procedures so advisors can spend time meeting with clients

• Provide first-class service in the office by phone, text, email, zoom, etc.

• Schedule and confirm 3 meetings a day for advisors and a social media review a week.

• Process and answer billing questions, payments, claims, alerts, certificates of insurance, policy changes, prepare and mail life policies to clients

• Review coverages and keep clients happy and returning

• Follow up on required documents for new business and organize files electronically

• Provide 1-2 leads from current and new clients for advisors
