Responsibilities

• Insurance Agency Manager will build an agency with the support of Farmers insurance and will enjoy 300% bonuses. 
• Ability to make 15-30K per month with marketing assistance 
• Insurance Agency Manager must have previous insurance or management experience. 
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established for the Insurance Agency Manager.
• Insurance Agency Manager be outstanding at relationship building.
• Insurance Agency Manager solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Insurance Agency Manager must be able to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License is preferred but will train good individual.
• Prior sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
