Responsibilities

• Insurance Agency Manager will build an agency with the support of Farmers insurance and will enjoy 300% bonuses. 
• Ability to make 15-30K per month with marketing assistance 
• Insurance Agency Manager must have previous insurance or management experience. 
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established for the Insurance Agency Manager.
• Insurance Agency Manager be outstanding at relationship building.
• Insurance Agency Manager solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Insurance Agency Manager must be able to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to the success of their business.

• The Agency manager should experience in sales, management, marketing, and/or customer service
• Business ownership experience is beneficial
• License in property casualty, life accident and health and series 6 or 63
• The Agency manager must be competitive and computer savvy
• Can-do attitude and financially savvy
