We are looking to hire the right bilingual individuals to join our outstanding Service Department at an entry level with the opportunity to grow. This position will work in our newly opened Carbondale office located in Carbondale, CO, USA. This position would handle incoming phone calls and assist clients with their insurance policy service needs.
Our Customer Service Representatives must be licensed or willing to become licensed. They should be able to build rapport with a client and have the confidence to offer guidance to clients and resolve complex issues.
It is important that a candidate have great communication skills, including the ability to listen and focus on positive outcomes and to effectively communicate to the client how the agency can help them. Applicants must live in Roaring Fork Valley or be willing to relocate.
