The Denver District Headquarters of Farmers Insurance is looking for self-motivated resourceful individuals!
Our Farmers Insurance - Protégé Program offers individuals a chance to learn the ins and outs of leading the sales of an insurance agency, working within one of the greater Denver area's top agent's offices in Castle Rock, CO and the rest of the greater Denver area, and with the help and support from the Number 1 District, all while earning a paycheck! All while earning an annual salary of $35K and $25K to $60K in commissions (uncapped)!
Salary Information:
• $35,000.00 base annual
• $4,000.00 Protégé Program Graduate Bonus
• Opportunity to earn est. $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 in commission (uncapped) annually

Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing leads
- Schedule and lead customer appointments
- Solve customer needs and provide products and services as needed
- Support and grow customer relationships and ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance
- Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, self-motivation, and collaboration to best serve our clients and gain industry knowledge.
Requirements
Proven sales experience is a plus but not required! As long as you are highly motivated, coachable and self-disciplined, then we want you on our Agency Protege program!
