Basic Function:
To offer administrative support for Agent/employer in the production of multi-line insurance products and to place phone calls to set up appointments with current accounts as well as to set up appointments with prospective accounts.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Handle phone calls
· Handle policy changes
· Maintain prospect database
· Computer updates and review client records
· Record Keeping
· Daily mail
· Filing
· Setting appointments and annual reviews for agent
· Pre-approach mailings
· Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Minimum hiring age 18
· High School diploma or equivalent
· State Insurance License - P/C (Mandatory - Required within first 60 days of employment)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Sales ability
· Keyboard skills of 45 WPM
· Computer knowledge
· Excellent organizational skills
· Motivated, self-starter
· Reasonable and predictable attendance
· All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled
