Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a military command office. Apply specific functional knowledge; working and general industry knowledge. Develop to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Review or guide activities of more junior employees. Initiates action to provide end-user support and performs complex administrative duties. Contributes to and conducts technical editing of reports and briefs. Coordinates, plans, and organizes significant and large events, to include obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment.
Required:
Experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Coordinating, planning and organizing significant events with senior government or military leaders
Knowledge of records management, technical editing and contributing to solutions to a variety of office management problems
Ability to work with little guidance and demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Possession of excellent communications skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in office administration, Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience in office administration or Master's degree and 8 years of experience in office administration
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/ SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
