FanDuel Group is looking to add to its Legal & Regulatory team a Risk Manager professional reporting to the Director of Risk to work on implementation of FanDuel’s new Risk organization for its businesses. The Risk Manager will need to understand the role of Risk in a start-up environment as well as in a mature highly regulated environment and be experienced in the change management of building and documenting a risk operation. The Risk Manager will work with the business to identify, assess, document, and regularly review processes and risks. The Risk Manager with work with the Director of Risk on documenting controls, writing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessment, documenting risk strategy, documenting framework/ appetite, designing and implementing controls, and risk mitigation plans; and assist in developing key risk indicators for the business. The Risk Manager will need to possess technical risk management skills, including but not limited to engagement with enterprise risk management tools. The Risk Manager will work with the Director of Risk and a team of Risk Managers to partner with the business and functions to design and document controls throughout the organization.
