We recognize that diversity helps drive and foster innovation, and through our IDEA program (inclusion, diversity, equality and advocacy) at Fanatics we provide employees with tools and resources to feel connected and engaged in who they are and what they do to support the ultimate fan experience.www.fanaticsinc.comWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional responsible for applying cash and maintaining accurate receivable records for the organization.Responsibilities Include:•Post, balance, and accurately reconcile all incoming receivable payments on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.•Post and balance credit card payments and reconciliations.•Initiate payment journal entries in D365 application•Prepare and maintain daily/monthly cash receipts spreadsheet.•Maintain customer check posting requirements for unique customer specifics.•Issue credit memos, journal entries, assign general ledger codes and tax refunds as requested.•Work across multiple Fanatics divisions to organize, apply, and reconcile incoming cash.•Manage Cash Application email inbox to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.•Maintain departmental cash application processes and instruction manuals.•Work directly with Bank (lockbox) to identify any issues with daily transmissions.•Always meets weekly/monthly deadlines for completing the cash application process.•Works with management to identify any process improvements.•Maintain departmental records to supply backup as requested. Works directly with auditors as needed.•Work with Finance team to assist in any monthly/quarterly/yearly balancing.•A team player with a positive attitude.
