We recognize that diversity helps drive and foster innovation, and through our IDEA program (inclusion, diversity, equality and advocacy) at Fanatics we provide employees with tools and resources to feel connected and engaged in who they are and what they do to support the ultimate fan experience.GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:•Apply graphic design principles (i.e., layout, imagery, typography, etc.) to communicate themes and messages in non-interactive communication materials •Utilize graphics software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to high-impact and visually appealing graphic designs •Handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with both concurrent and conflicting deadlines•Manage and maintain organized graphic files, including photos, vector art, and logos•Collaborate with others to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message•Create original visual media that communicates the messaging the department wants to portray•Track, communicate, and evaluate progress of projects and associated metrics throughout process•Revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process•Keep up to date on new technologies and trends in graphic design.•Maintaining corporate identity, design standards, and policies •Perform other related duties as assignedEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:A High School Diploma or GED is preferred for this role. A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Similar Major or at least 2 Years of Experience is preferred, with a creative portfolio of previous work.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:•Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and graphic design methodologies. XD a plus.•Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills•Exceptionally detail-oriented •Excellent proficiency with problem solving •Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, switch priorities quickly, and adjust schedule to meet multiple deadlines •Ability to work in an organized manner•Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)•Aptitude working both independently and within a team environment•Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public•Only candidates with strong portfolios will be consideredTryouts are open at Fanatics!
