About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, eCommerce, who is excited about and experienced with tackling complex ecommerce and content experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

As the Sr. Product Manager, eCommerce, you will drive the digital product strategy around consumer-facing eCommerce experiences, as well as the back-end tools to support them. You will ensure that FC’s compelling marketing content finds, engages, grows and monetizes its audience. You will fill a critical role on the technology team, working closely with design and engineering colleagues, while supporting a variety of stakeholders, including members of the marketing, communications and business teams. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a matrixed environment. The Sr. Product Manager should have a demonstrated experience with building ecommerce consumer facing products, managing/evangelizing stakeholders, and be interested in incrementally revamping experiences as well as long term launching products 0->1.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business, design and engineering stakeholders to develop long term strategy, vision and priorities for FC’s digital direct-to-consumer content & commerce experiences.
  • Ensure engineering, design and product teams are working efficiently and delivering on a roadmap.
  • Set and track KPIs to inform strategy and understand success.
  • Contribute and help build a transparent, collaborative and dynamic team culture.
  • Present a compelling data-backed narrative of the product strategy, laddering up to the overall product strategy.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product work around eCommerce, providing guidance to the leadership team into customer needs, business strategy, marketplace dynamics and competitors.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the trading card space is a bonus.
  • Execution: You have led Product at fast growing organizations which are able to execute consistently, delivering quality projects of the broadest scope and impact on time. You may also have had experience managing Engineering/Design agencies that were involved in a project you led.
  • Technical: You are comfortable working with engineering leadership to prioritize broadly and you understand the technical complexities of eCommerce.
  • Analytical: You have a good grasp of experiment design, statistical analysis and multivariate testing. You can use data to set OKRs, create dashboards to monitor product health, review analyses from across the company and develop basic models. You can construct a narrative for using data in order to drive the decision-making process.
  • Organizational skills: You are able to manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You have experience working closely with business & marketing partners.
  • Communication: You’re a strong communicator, both written and orally. You enjoy working with complex concepts and distilling them down so that anyone can understand them. You’re comfortable working cross functionally with stakeholders and can manage competing needs to drive alignment and resolution.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
