Family Practice Center is a large group of primary care physicians in Central PA. We offer a wide range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, counseling services, onsite lab and x-ray, and much more. Family Practice operates 40 office locations in 14 Central PA counties. Education: BS or Masters Degree
Certification/Licensure: NCCPA Board Certification
General Summary of Duties: Perform under the responsibility and supervision of the physician, diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to allow the physician to extend his/her services through the more effective to plan therapy. He/She may assist in gathering the data necessary in implementing the therapeutic plan of the physician.
Supervision Received: Under the direct or telephonic supervision of MD or DO
Supervision Exercised: None, but will assist in directing staff on needed duties when required
Typical Physical Demands: Being able to sit and stand for extended periods of time; capable of adapting to a fast paced office environment; may need to assist in lifting or positioning patients of all sizes; vision correctable to 20/20 and hearing within normal range
