SUMMARY:
Collects, maintains, and makes available to authorized users timely, accurate, secure and complete patient health records. Control the release of medical information from patient medical records in accordance with applicable standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED; and a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience required.

Family Health Services is committed to providing our patients with the highest standards of care by becoming recognized as patient centered medical home.
