Family Health Centers of Clark DBA Family Health Centers of Southern Indiana is Hiring a Community Outreach Specialist Near Corydon, IN
Community Outreach to coordinate grant efforts to establish resource in our community health center for adults and teens for smoking/vaping cessation education.
Reports to CEO.
Outreach and coordination with local youth agencies, school systems, health department and hospital.
Coordinating and performing outreach and education events in community.
Serves as on staff resource for patient education and coordination with medical providers for smoking/vaping cessation.
Prepare and send reports to Indiana State Department of Health.
Attend grant training and willing to work on Community Health Worker Certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
