Our Nurse Practitioners provide a wide-array of services including:

• Physicals, Preventative Care, Wellness exams, & Health Screenings
• Management of long-term health conditions
• Diagnostic and Routine screenings
• Immunizations
• Same-day Acute visits
• Referrals for specialized care
• Collaboration with Behavioral Health

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
