Candidate ideally will possess experience in preliminary optometric testing and opticianary basics. Training for position is offered and is paid time. The position also involves selling, repairing and adjusting eyewear, as well as explaining vision benefits to patients. As our lead optician, inventory control will also be expected. Training for verification of vision and medical benefits and filing insurance claims will be offered. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and accurately and be able to multitask, especially during fast paced and busy times. Being able to manage office time well is expected. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as a member of a team and be able take direction.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
