At LaFrance our Customer Service Reps are responsible for the entire customer experience. This includes serving customers, handling all service issues effectively, getting orders ready for production, accurate record keeping, managing customer relationships and more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all walk-in and telephone contact with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Check customer orders in and out of the store.
- Mark-in incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces in preparation for cleaning and input into computerized pos system.
- Accurately process customer payment for services.
- Manage opening and closing of assigned store.
- Build sustainable, positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers, providing customer feedback to Manager.
- Perform all administrative duties to effectively manage store operations.
Goals and Objectives:
1. Customer Service - 100% customer satisfaction with no customer complaints each month.
2. Team Player - Remain an honest, reliable, hard working member of our customer service team. Each team player will be responsible for operations of the store and completion of scheduled work.
3. Support Sales Growth - Continually build the company's customer base through delivering excellent customer service and implementing company marketing and operational procedures to support ongoing sales growth.
4. Be at work on time every day.
