Family Care Center is Hiring a Revenue Integrity Analyst Near Lone Tree, CO
- Provide weekly and monthly dashboards and reporting
- Identify deficiencies and provide possible solutions and work with all departments to develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements
- Provide feedback and insight into day-to-day operations, programs and policies which impact operational performance
- Perform trend analysis on various healthcare RCM metrics such as denials, days in AR, payments per wRVU
- Assist with ad-hoc inquiries for insight into day-to-day operations, and growth needs Assist in ensuring the chargemaster, payors, and fee schedules are built accurately
- Resolve and create edits for clean claim submission
- Assist in the review of new business lines and programs
- Provide guidance, communicate, and collaborate with clinical operations, IT, and revenue cycle to automate and streamline
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in healthcare compliance, coding, analytics, or integrity required
- Special Training, Certification or Licensure Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with Access or SQL preferred
- Continually required to sit; continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity; continually required to talk or hear.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- Occasionally lift and/or move more than 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust or focus.
