Family Care Center is Hiring a Regional Director Near Northglenn, CO

Position Summary: The Regional Director (RD) will have responsibility for all operations within the Family Care Center (FCC) clinics in the region. In coordination with the clinic and corporate leadership teams, the RD will manage all regional staff, maintain positive relationships with partners across the region, oversee the services provided to patients in FCC clinics, drive a culture of positive impact and the FCC Way, and implement continual improvements in services to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manages and develops an effective staff: providing effective communication, leadership, guidance and resources according to organizational policies and applicable laws and regulations. Determines staff qualifications and competency: recruits, interviews, selects, hires, trains, orients, mentors, evaluates, coaches, counsels, disciplines, and rewards. Establishes and monitors staff safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible for safety and quality in the region’s service delivery including clinical care and documentation.
  • Continually improves patient services and implements changes and new programming.
  • Ensures continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services and ensures communication across patient service components.
  • Identifies and expands best practices across and between clinics.
  • Ensures peer supervision is completed in all clinics.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in support of quality, safety, research and training efforts under the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Leads intern/trainee program development with regional training institutes.
  • Provides patient care (intake and follow up) services for at least 10 hours per week.
  • Provides guidance to clinic leaders and providers on complicated clinical situations.
Other Duties:
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory or Managerial Responsibility:
  • Supervises clinic directors and regional staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, master's degree in a mental health discipline, or doctoral level psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Five years of professional experience in mental health required. Three years of professional experience in clinical supervision, including experience leading clinics or similar sized organizations required. Clinical expertise in crisis intervention, skills in working with the mentally ill population, and with individuals and families undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress; skills in diagnosis and assessment.
  • Appropriate professional registration/certification by state/national authority required.
Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 base, plus bonus potential.
