ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
  • Responsible for providing specialized behavioral support to individuals who may demonstrate behavioral challenges because of limited social skills, communication skills, mental health symptoms or developmental delays
  • Provides clinical oversight of all treatment and provides specialized interventions to consumers
  • Assure the completion of supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws including training, assigning, and directing work of employees
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position and will be within a school setting environment supporting Quaker Valley School District.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in applied behavior analysis, Psychology, social work, counseling, education or similar human services field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, employed by a licensed mental health service agency, subcontracted agency or other master’s level mental health clinicians with documented training in the field of behavioral modification
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 
  • Licensed (LPC, LSW, LCSW, BCBA) in the state of Pennsylvania
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Language skills
    • Read, analyze, and interpret documents
    • Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Mathematical skills
    • Apply mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
  • Reasoning ability skills
    • Make sound decisions to support consumers in a calm and timely manner
    • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon consumer needs and react quickly to prevent consumer injury or injury to another due to consumer behavior
  • Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
  • Proficient in use of electronic health record system
  • Proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments
  • Mentoring skills
  • Ability to work as team member
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:
$1250 $150 at 90 days | $1250 $150 at 180 days | $1250 at 270 days | $1250 at 365 days.
