- Responsible for providing specialized behavioral support to individuals who may demonstrate behavioral challenges because of limited social skills, communication skills, mental health symptoms or developmental delays
- Provides clinical oversight of all treatment and provides specialized interventions to consumers
- Assure the completion of supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws including training, assigning, and directing work of employees
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in applied behavior analysis, Psychology, social work, counseling, education or similar human services field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, employed by a licensed mental health service agency, subcontracted agency or other master’s level mental health clinicians with documented training in the field of behavioral modification
- Licensed (LPC, LSW, LCSW, BCBA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Language skills
- Read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Mathematical skills
- Apply mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Reasoning ability skills
- Make sound decisions to support consumers in a calm and timely manner
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon consumer needs and react quickly to prevent consumer injury or injury to another due to consumer behavior
- Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
- Proficient in use of electronic health record system
- Proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
