Asthma and Allergy Associates of Florida, a division of Family Allergy & Asthma, is looking for a friendly and service-driven CMA or EMT!

Job Type: Part-time

Location: 975 Arthur Godfrey Rd, Suite #101, Miami Beach, FL 33140

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM/6:00 PM

Pay: $14.50 - $16 / hour
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy injections to patients as needed in a fast-paced clinic
• Work with patients in all age ranges
• Complete documentation in the EMR system
• Assist the doctor with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
• Maintain and follow HIPAA policies and procedures

Competencies:

• Ability to speak and read English
• Ability to speak and read Spanish, preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, with all levels of staff and patients
• Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed

Education and Experience:

• Must possess one of the following active and unrestricted Certifications/Licenses: CCMA/CMAA/CMA/EMT
• 1 to 2 years experience in a medical office setting, preferred
