About the Office Administrator position

At Falkon we are building a revenue growth platform. Our mission is to transform business operations through insights and automation.

Our target customer is revenue growth teams (sales, marketing, customer success and customer support). Falkon's capabilities help them understand their prospect and customer behavior so they can market and sell more effectively to those customers. Falkon is backed by OMERS, Greylock, and Trilogy Equity Partners venture firms. We recently raised $16 million in our series A round.

The team is growing rapidly and needs a capable admin to run the office, support the team, and manage the day to day business operations.

The job will be a full time position, located in Seattle WA.

Office Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for new hire process (ordering and shipping laptops, provisioning software tools, badge management)
  • Manage office space (planning for growth, managing the look and feel, etc…)
  • Coordinate building maintenance issues for general repair and updates
  • Tracking inventory and ordering anything needed for the office (furniture, supplies, snacks, etc…)
  • Office expense tracking/management
  • Interview loop scheduling
  • Organizing team and external events
  • Ordering and managing our swag, corporate gifts etc.
  • Provide assistance with some budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll activities
  • Writing up and communicating company policies
  • Managing CEO’s external calendar

Office Administrator requirements are:

  • 3 years in an administrative role
  • Proficient with basic office and calendaring software
  • Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
