Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our Senior Condominium community in Plymouth, MN. This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment, after hours emergencies and grounds as needed.

The schedule includes;

• 60 hours every two weeks
• Day shifts
• Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Repairs and maintains work orders for homes and community spaces
• Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal.
• Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment

Qualifications

Preferred:

• One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
• Vocation/Technical training preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Desire to work with older adults
